Our marshmallow recipe for July is a Fluffernutter Quesadilla. These are so easy! Our recipe uses chunky peanut butter and vanilla marshmallows. However, you could easily replace the chunky peanut butter with creamy peanut butter, Nutella, or Biscoff. And, numerous marshmallow flavors could also be easily substituted.
Fluffernutter Quesadillas

Ingredients
2 T peanut butter
1 Sweet Jumbles marshmallow, cut into 6 pieces
1 flour tortilla (taco size)
Instructions
- preheat broiler
- Spread 2 T peanut butter evenly on tortilla
- Arrange marshmallows evenly atop peanut butter
- Put tortilla under broiler for 3-4 minutes
- Remove from oven, fold in half, and enjoy!

This month’s special Sweet Jumbles marshmallow recipe is for Marshmallow Popcorn. You know when you buy that “fancy” popcorn that is all caramel-y and delicious? Well, this tastes exactly like that. It’s easy and fun and destroys the healthier aspect of regular popcorn.
Earlier this year I went to Cuba for a long weekend. Having been there before, I was anxious to see what had changed in the intervening 13 years. (Answer: not a whole lot. Yet.) I couldn’t wait to hear the music. And, I was excited to eat some Cuban food.

Last weekend was a great one for baking, with the crisp air making it perfectly clear that fall is here. We found a recipe for Graham Cracker Cookies – which sounds like “a recipe for graham crackers,” but it totally is not. These cookies use crushed graham crackers in place of the flour that you would normally expect in a cookie recipe!
