This month’s special Sweet Jumbles marshmallow recipe is for Marshmallow Popcorn. You know when you buy that “fancy” popcorn that is all caramel-y and delicious? Well, this tastes exactly like that. It’s easy and fun and destroys the healthier aspect of regular popcorn.
Marshmallow Popcorn

Ingredients
4 c popped popcorn (you can use a bag of popped corn or pop your own, doesn’t matter)
5 T butter
½ c brown sugar
5 Sweet Jumbles marshmallows
¼ t sea salt
Instructions
- Make popcorn ahead of time if you haven’t bought already popped corn. Put it in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and Sweet Jumbles marshmallows, stirring until smooth. Add salt.
- Pour the marshmallow-y butter over the popcorn and stir until well coated Mix it up immediately, because it does start to harden.
- Enjoy!
