With marshmallow orders in full swing during the month of December, we had little time for baking. But, we did get a few special treats in. My favorite were Gingerdoodle cookies. Our marshmallow recipe for July is a Fluffernutter Quesadilla. These are so easy! Our recipe uses chunky peanut butter and vanilla marshmallows. However, you could easily replace the chunky peanut butter with creamy peanut butter, Nutella, or Biscoff. And, numerous marshmallow flavors could also be easily substituted.

Ingredients
2 T peanut butter
1 Sweet Jumbles marshmallow, cut into 6 pieces
1 flour tortilla (taco size)
