Cold winter weekends have, if nothing else, provided the opportunity to hibernate in the house, bake, and binge on Netflix. One of my favorite fruits is the pear, so while it’s in season I happily include it in my lunch as often as possible. It was a no-brainer, then, when I came across a Pear Cake recipe. This month, I have to admit our Marshmallow recipe is simple. With a lot of winter lethargy and little time to come up with anything more creative, I hope you will still enjoy this suggestion as another way to enjoy your Sweet Jumbles marshmallows. Continue reading
While Christmas and Thanksgiving are behind us, there is still plenty of time this long winter to enjoy some cozy seasonal foods. Although I’ve never actually made a Sweet Potato Pie, I suspect that these tarts are a good cousin to that traditional dessert.
