This month, I have to admit our Marshmallow recipe is simple. With a lot of winter lethargy and little time to come up with anything more creative, I hope you will still enjoy this suggestion as another way to enjoy your Sweet Jumbles marshmallows.
It’s true, normally when eating fries we think more savory than sweet. Ketchup is standard; mayo, sriracha, or other dips are par for the course at more creative restaurants. But here we blur the lines between savory dip and dessert. This Marshmallow Sour Cream dip isn’t quite as sweet as it sounds, but–let’s be real–it’s not going to help out with your calorie count.
The recipe below is for 1 serving. This can be easily increased on a per-serving basis.
